You must have a valid driver’s license or photo identification in your possession to redeem your vehicle.

We are unable to make an appointment for you to retrieve your vehicle without a vehicle release form from your lien holder, and all applicable fees have been satisfied & paid in full.

Same day appointments are allowed for vehicle redemptions only.

The cost for your vehicle storage & administrative fees will NOT be quoted until we have received a vehicle redemption form from your lien holder.

Only named parties on the vehicle release form will be allowed access to the vehicle with VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION - NO EXCEPTIONS
