Guide to Claiming Your Personal Property

  • Property may only be claimed by the Registered Owner.

  • Property may be claimed by someone other than the registered owner with approval & authorization from your lien holder.

  • Items are stored for 60 days from the date of repossession.

  • After 60 days, ALL Personal Property will be disposed of. - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Valid photo identification is required for all appointments. - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Retrieval of Personal Property is by appointment only. We do not allow walk-ins.

  • Perishable & liquid items (IE: food, beverages, unsealed automotive fluids) will be disposed of.

  • Appointment times are strict. We will not be able to accommodate your appointment without notice of late arrival to your appointment.

  • Please limit the number of persons at your appointment.

  • We will NOT allow you access to your vehicle at anytime.
