Guide to Claiming Your Personal Property
Property may only be claimed by the Registered Owner.
Property may be claimed by someone other than the registered owner with approval & authorization from your lien holder.
Items are stored for 60 days from the date of repossession.
After 60 days, ALL Personal Property will be disposed of. - NO EXCEPTIONS
Valid photo identification is required for all appointments. - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Retrieval of Personal Property is by appointment only. We do not allow walk-ins.
Perishable & liquid items (IE: food, beverages, unsealed automotive fluids) will be disposed of.
Appointment times are strict. We will not be able to accommodate your appointment without notice of late arrival to your appointment.
Please limit the number of persons at your appointment.
We will NOT allow you access to your vehicle at anytime.
